Can someone tell me how to add my form to my website, Godaddy? When I go to embed the script, nothing shows up on my webpage? Thank you!

Yes that is the page I would like my form on, it is the New Client Registration Form. When I embed the code into my html spot on GoDaddy, nothing shows up. The iFrame puts the form on the website, is there a way to put just a button to get to the form and them fill it out and submit it to us instead of the whole form being right on my website .

    Hello,

    Sorry about that.

We'll surely help to put up your form on your website.

    First, a few of questions/clarifications:

    1. Is this the page you want to place your form? - http://www.dogtowntexas.com/new-dog-interview-process---forms.html

    2. Is this the form? - http://www.jotform.com/42248296917162

    3. Are you using the Godaddy Website Builder? Perhaps you can take a screenshot of what you are looking at when attempting to add the form on your website - and we'll get a better Idea of how to assist.

In any case, the Iframe Code is almost always the way to go - you can get the Iframe embed code by following this guide: http://www.jotform.com/help/148-Getting-the-Form-iFrame-Code

We look forward to your response.

You are currently using the Lightbox embed codes which is working fine to your website. It's a pop-up window, I think you've figured this out?

If you require any further assistance, feel free to update this thread.

    Thank you!
