How can I create a dropdown field where the options are linked to a specific field on another form?

I want to be able to create a sign-in process for our registered students. In order to prevent unregistered students from signing-in, I would like students to select their name from a dropdown field rather than entering it manually. Is there a way where the dropdown field on a given form can be linked to fields in anopther form?

Unfortunately, this is not possible to link fields from another form to the working form. Since the students are already registered, you may consider adding the names to a dropdown box so that the students can select their name to continue with.
