I have tried both the Pricing and the support links - they do nothing when I try to upgrade to a higher level of jot form the page does nothing. Same thing for support. Links are not working

Everything appears to be working fine on our end. Clicking the link you provided does indeed take me to the pricing page:
Can you please try clearing your web browsers cache and history to see if that fixes it? If that does not, I would recommend trying a different web browser if possible. If that still does not work, let us know and we will see what else we can try.
