How can I edit multiple fields quickly?

I am tryingto create a form which lists various rooms, with about a dozen fields for each room. There may be several dozen rooms. I have worked out how to duplicate fields en-mass (Settings > Edit Multiple Fields) but if I wanted to them edit all of these duplicates to add in a new options, woud l I have to do this manually for each field or is there a quicker way?

Yes, you would have to update each field manually.  Unfortunately there is not currently a way to add a specific option to multiple fields at the same time.  For example if you have a bunch of fields all named test1 and you wanted to duplicate them all and then rename each to test2, you would need to manually do so.
