    Hi,

I checked the form embedded to your site and the secure embed code does appear to be correct:

However the page it is embedded to is not a secure page.  If you use the link:

    https://triyoga.com/certification-application/

Rather than the one you provided, the whole page does in fact pass an SSL test:

Please let us know if you have any further questions and we will be happy to help.

    Thank you for using JotForm!

    Thank you for checking

Can you clarify what it all means:)?

So the page is sercure or not?

and if yes, why https does not appear?

    thanks a lot!

    Hi,

Yes, I can do my best to make this clearer.  You have indeed correctly embedded a secure form to your site.  Basically what this means is that when the submit button is pressed, the information will be transferred via secure sockets layer which is an encrypted method of transmitting data.  Embedding your form using the secure method with use this type of submission.

Your website having SSL enabled is different.  You have enabled SSL correctly in your site but if you do not use a secure link, the data in your webpage will not be transferred via SSL, but your form submissions still will be sent via SSL.  So the link you provided above takes you to a nonsecure page with a secure form.

    http://triyoga.com/certification-application/

Where as if you use the HTTPS link to your site, your site will be loaded with the elements secure and the form submissions secure.

    https://triyoga.com/certification-application/

As you can see from the test I ran, using the https link to your site, all elements are loaded securely with a valid SSL certificate.  Simply provide your users with this link to your site:

    https://triyoga.com/certification-application/

And you will be providing them with a secure page and form.  I hope this makes things a bit clearer.
