I want a response to my first inquiry regarding the 2-year membership I purchase. WHAT IS THE STATUS!!!! I AM VERY DISAPPOINTED THAT I HAVE HEARD NOTHING FROM JOTFORM THUS FAR.

Do you have a reference number for your order?
I tried to locate your purchase but I seem to be unable to find this on our end. Perhaps this is on a different account or different email? Once we have that we can fix this problem immediately for you.
