    I want a response to my first inquiry regarding the 2-year membership I purchase.  WHAT IS THE STATUS!!!!  I AM VERY DISAPPOINTED THAT I HAVE HEARD NOTHING FROM JOTFORM THUS FAR.

    I'm sorry to hear about the frustration this has caused you but we'll do what we can to get this problem rectified. 

    Do you have a reference number for your order?

    I tried to locate your purchase but I seem to be unable to find this on our end. Perhaps this is on a different account or different email? Once we have that we can fix this problem immediately for you.
