Our form is cutting off

Please advise ASAP. We have a promotion running and it looks very bad on us that it's not working. When you go in to edit the form, everything shows up, but if you view the preview, it's cutting off part of the form, as well as on our website: http://www.esenetworks.com/custom.aspx?id=1402&menu=2620

Please advise before too much more damage is done to our reputation. Thanks.

Can't even get in to edit the form, keep getting "jotform.com is not responding due to a long-running script." in Internet Explorer, and the "Oh snap" message in Chrome.

I attempted to go and try the iframe route, but I can't even get into our form to copy that code.

I reverted to a previous version, which is working for us right now, however, I still can't get in to make any edits, jotform script error as noted above. Anytime it does load, it automatically deletes items from our form. You should see in the revision history where we've had to continually revert back to older versions because jotform automatically deletes our content.

    Hi,

Our apologies for any troubles caused.

May I suggest you to clone your original form and do the edit on the cloned form. See if this eliminates the problem you have encountered.

If you can also provide instructions on how to reproduce the "long time load issue", we'd be grateful. What fields did you add to your form after it happened? Have you tried clearing your browser's cache and see if it helps?

We'll await your reply here. Thanks!

I'd love to try this solution. I was able to get to "My Forms" and then cloned the form, but when I attempt to edit the form, the editor never loads. It just sits there spinning. Had you reviewed my previous messages, you would have seen that we can't get to the editor. Please advise ASAP. Thanks.

I have moved your form editing issue to a new thread and we'll respond to you on this thread http://www.jotform.com/answers/416710.

Once we resolve your editing issue then we can proceed on this thread to solve your cut off form.
