Hello. I'd like to change the recipient email address to my client's email on a form that sends attached files.

You can change the recipient email from the notifier settings window. Please go through the document on Setting-Up-Email-Notifications that is having step-by-step instructions along with graphical illustrations.
1. Click on Email Alerts and then click on the Notification
2. Click on Reply-To and Recipient settings
3. Change Recipient email
