I have set up a form that allows people to submit photos. When I go to the submissions spreadsheet, there are some photos that when I click on the link, I am taken to an XML error page. I am attaching a screenshot of the error page. Please help!

I apologize for the inconvenience this may have caused you. I'm able to reproduce the issue at my end with the file seen on the screenshot. It seems there is some issue with the access levels to the server.
Could you let us know if you are able to other files normally? Also, please see if you can retrieve these pictures from your email.
I'm forwarding this issue to our next level support for a solution. If you have any other files that you couldn't download, please let us know.
Please get back to us if you need further assistance. We are happy to assist you.

I've tried to search for the files, unfortunately I could not find it. It's possible that the user had an intermittent upload transfer at the time of this which may have caused for the file name to be received but the file did not complete.
What I can recommend to you is to contact the user and ask from her to send to you the image again.
If you have other questions or concerns, please do let us know.
