Hi, started a subscription with Jotform last year, but the webdesigner I hired got seriously ill and now I want to cancel the subscription. The project was never finished, we never got as far as publishing anything. I understand I can get a (partial) refund? Would be much appreciated!

    Hello Maarten,

Thanks for using Jotform. Sorry to hear about what happened. We can definitely cancel the subscription on your account and provide you with a pro-rated refund. First, you need to log in to your Jotform account that has the subscription before we proceed because our system needs to verify your account for our Billing Department to have access and process the cancelation of the subscription and provide you a refund.

We can move forward with a solution as soon as we hear back from you.

    Hi,

thanks for the fast response! I accessed my account before asking this question here, to check if I could stop the billing process myself. Only option I found was to turn to a 'free' subscription level, but as I am sure I won't be using your services again for this particular project, I'd rather just terminate this process. Just logged in again, to see all my forms have been removed, and I received a link in my E-mail to download said forms. Won't be using that, but great service. Where do we go from here?

    Hi Maarten,

I checked your account hermesboekhouding and I saw that you canceled your subscription. The subscription was purchased in November last year, so we can't refund it. We offer a 30 Day Money Back Policy, as mentioned in our Terms of Use. Your account will remain on the Silver plan until your next billing date 2022-11-27.

Let us know if you have any other questions.
