We received email that our account had reached its limit and would be disable today at 12pm. We removed the file, will we still be disabled?

    We were unaware someone was submitting a file large than 100mb. We deleted the file. Will we still be disabled if we don't upgrade?

    Hi,

    I checked your account and it appears you have already removed the files causing you to be over limit.  The downgrade is no longer pending and you should have no issues with your account or your forms.  Your account will not be disabled as long as you keep removing the files that cause you to go over.
