Hi,
I cleared your forms cache and reloaded the HTML element you had at the bottom of your form and it appears to be loaded once again. The iFrame you have loading in the HTML element at the bottom of your form is what appears to be causing the issue. Removing it caused everything to work fine in my testing. For now it appears that updating this has fixed the issue with your form being cut off. If you do not need the Facebook section at the bottom of your form, I would suggest removing it and your form should function properly.
