    I want to cancel the $90.00 yearly Premium Account and DOWNGRADE to the $9.95 monthly account.

    Can you change the account to a monthly at $9.95 and refund $80.05 ?

    IF NOT please refund of my $90.00.  

    AND then I will re-signup for the $9.95 monthly.

    I've made the switch from Premium yearly to Premium monthly as per your request. The system made an automated refund of $89.75 and charged to you $9.63 back again.

    Thank you Jeanette for your assistance regarding our account.

    However, I do not see a charge BACK (credit) of the $89.75 indicated in our account billing section. When will I see this credit?  

    I DO see the new charge of $9.63 reflected in our billing area.

    However, My bank credit card account now indicates 2 charges:  $90.00 and $9.63.  NO CREDIT of $89.75. 

    Will a separate CREDIT for the $89.75 be processed to my credit card?

    HI,

    It usually takes about 5-7 business days for the refund to be reflected in your account as it must be processed through the payment processor and your credit card company.  Yes, the credit for $89.75 will be refunded back to your credit card.
