How do I get the form to appear on my blog page?

I copy and paste the code for TypePad into the HTML section of my page at the end of the code.  I switch to the Rich Texy area - it does not show up.  I preview the page - it does not show up.  I publish the page - it does not show up!  I'm running out of options!  The form has the PayPal widget in it

Are you still having issues getting it to show up on your end?  I tried three different web browsers and your blog and form appear correctly in all.
