Why am I being charged twice a month for a single monthly subscription?
I received invoice #80991048 on 8/03 and invoice #81155596 on 8/15.
This has been going on since February and I just caught it. What's going on?

This happens after you've changed your card on file, but forgot to cancel the first one. Anyway, I have refunded last 3 duplicate payments (Jun, July and August) and credited 4 months to your subscription so your next billing date would be after four months from today. Expect the refund returned to your account within 4-10 business days.

Thank you for taking care of this. Our Controller has confirmed that the refund has been applied. My account is displaying that the next bill is set to come on the 2nd of September. Is there anywhere in the account control panel to check what sort of credits have been applied to my account?

The updated date is not reflected to your account billing page. I will submit a ticket about this to our developers, but here's a screenshot of the subscription from our payment processor:
You'll see, it January 15, 2015.
