Hi,
Squarespace should accept SSL form. In fact, they require external contents to be secured. Can you show us an example page with secured form in it?
Here's how to secure your form: https://www.jotform.com/help/63-How-can-I-receive-SSL-Submissions
Now, with regards on sending the link via email. Yes, that is possible. Just click "Preview" button while in the form builder to get the form URL:
Paste the link to your email and sent it to your customers.
Thank you!
