Is there a way to have it automatically send a confirmation email to the person that signs up for the meeting that lists out all of the details. If so can you please let me know where to find this on the website.

Yes, this can be set up with an Autoresponder. What you do is first include an email field in your form to collect the user's email address. Then you set up an autorepsonder to forward emails to them upon submission.
