Capture data then proceed to quote 2 page form

Subject to me finding a mileage calculation resolution...

is there are means to have a potential customer complete their personal details (contact stuff etc) on one page, which submits as a record for follow up, which then allows them access to a second page, where they can complete choose from a range of selections that then creates a quotation for them, they can choose to order or just email - (details sent to us at same time for follow up). 

Some of the questions on page 1 will have a bearing on page 2 and the resulting price shown.
