I have a secure form with HTTPS in the code. We also have a security certificate. Why does firefox and chrome flag the page as having insecure content

Can you please share to us the URL of the website where the form was embedded so that we can test the form.

You should also check if there were embedded content on your form like images, banners, shortcut links.. that were using non secure URL (http) -- because if your website is using security certificate and https protocol, most likely the browser will be able to detect non-secured contents on the form itself.
