Create forms using bootstrap framework

With regards to bootstrap, instead of trying to customize the CSS from your side. I think it would be advantageous for you to provide an API key that can be embedded into the The bootstrap framework. It's a hassle to come to Jot form and try to duplicate the bootstrap CSS. What people using bootstrap are really looking for, is someone to provide the PHP. Which is what you do beautifully. I know from personal experience trying to set up PHP with my web-host is a nightmare. What I really want, is to use the form styles provided by bootstrap classes. But I still need a simple way to make forms active without going through my hosting account.

    Hi,

If I understand your suggestion correctly, you wanted to have a separate API for the custom CSS codes that can be use on the forms?

Simply put, I think what you want to have is an external editor or API that will allow creation of custom CSS codes that can work on the form.

This is instead of using the current method of injecting custom CSS codes in the form.

Please clarify more so that we can properly evaluate and possible submit a request feature base on your suggestion.

    Thanks!

With the bootstrap framework you don't actually have to write the CSS for a form.

You invoke a class in the HTML.

    Example,

    <form class="form-horizontal" role="form">

There's no requirement to write CSS it's automatic.

The CSS for the form does not appear in your styles.css.

Correct me if I'm wrong but what you are suggesting,

    ( injecting custom CSS code)

    Is a laborious work around.

    Requiring several steps.

To get the bootstrap framework styles functioning with your PHP.

This would involve going to the bootstrap website researching documents for the source code.

Copy and paste over to JotForm.

Copy and paste into style CSS.

Set up an I-frame in the HTML document?

Several minutes tweaking the CSS to make it fit correctly.

    Two elegant solutions would be,

    1. You guys at Jott form, provide bootstrap identical class styles for forms.

(There's only a few of them so it's not a big deal)

    2. You guys a Jott form provide a round-trip PHP link,  Without any CSS.

Which can be plugged into the bootstrap HTML document.

(this is what I was suggesting)

It's really amazing to me that form companies like you don't support the classes out of the box for the popular styling frameworks like Bootstrap for embedded forms. Whoever does that first will have a significant advantage.
