I've used the Tickets widget for a couple of weeks and it seemed to be working fine. Then, this morning I found out that the quantity of available tickets (apartments in my case) had been reset. I thought it was just a viewing bug, so I tried to submit and I was expecting the form to be giving some error saying "quantity not available" or stuff... But the data were successfully submitted, instead.
I checked the submissions and they seem ok, they're still there. All I did was deleting a row yesterday because that used didn't want to buy that item any longer. But I had done it several times before and it seemed ok, the widget had recalculated the available quantity.

Hi,
For as long as you have not remove the API Keys, there should be no problem when changing items or removing or adding another. I checked your form, but I can't seem to find the option for the apartments. Did you remove that? This is from your form:
The studio flat is not available so I think it's working again. Please confirm.
Thank you!

It didn't work for almost an hour, the form kept showing the original quantities. Then, I reloaded and reloaded on different browsers and after some time the quantities have been updated again.

That's probably a cache to your browser or to your forms. If the issue will happen again, I would suggest to clear your forms cache: http://www.jotform.com/help/229-How-to-Clear-your-Form-Cache. This should help. So, I think the issue is now resolved.
Thanks
