Had a client that said she sent us a reservation yesterday, when she didn't hear from us she called to find out if we have received it. I see nothing from her in our email box. Please help!

I checked the form http://www.jotform.us/form/32695007774158 and can see a lot of submissions already on it.
Can you please tell us which of the form submission did not send you the email notification?
I have checked the email logs of the form but I did not see any issue with the current email of the form.
As an alternative, can you also add a new Notification Email in the form and do NOT modify/customize the Notification Email template, leave it as is using the default.
