Creating conditional logic within an approval workflow

We are trying to create an 'office supplies ordering form' for our locations to use, but with the requirement that a supervisor approves the order of supplies, before the order gets emailed to the designated person(s).

Is there a way to have a different "approving person", based upon a specific location selected in a dropdown, etc. field?

i.e. if "Store A" is chosen in the location picker dropdown, then have "Sally" be the one who would receive the approval, but if "Store B" is chosen in the location picker, then have "Gary" be the one who would receive the email to approve or deny the order of office supplies.

    Hi SuccessVisionExpress,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support.

This is definitely possible to do with Jotform. First you'll want to create an approval flow. Within the approval flow you can create an if/else approval condition for when the location picker has each answer selected. When each condition is true you'll then send the approval to the specified person for each chosen answer.

Give this a try and let us know if you have any other questions.
