PLEASE please help me! My account has been frozen and you have banned my IP address for suspicion of phishing!! I don't understand what phishing is and how this happened but I think it was because I when I set up the autoresponder, I set the "sender's email" as my own gmail account (instead of the email@example.com) and I think gmail flagged it because it was not really from gmail!! Ironically, the autoresponder was for notifications to myself when I get submissions so gmail has actually flagged me for sending an email to myself!!!! I'm just guessing though, I don't fully understand what has happened and how it happened but I need it fixed asap!! I also need to know this isn't going to happen again.
Please help!! I can't emphasise enough how stressed I am over this. Please, I don't have a lot of time. I am incredibly busy with university studies and children and homeschooling and I need this form to be working!!

I thought maybe I should just start from scratch and set up a new account but I can't even do that as you have banned by IP address or something so I'm completely blocked. Can someone please contact me - either here or email me christa.Buckland@live.com (this is an alternate email to the gmail account that I linked to my jotform account).
Can you at least let me know how long it takes to address this sort of issue normally? I just need to know I'm not going to be waiting weeks for a reply?

Submissions JotForm application form sender phishing suspended account
Upon checking your account, I found that your forms "Secure Credit Card Payment Application" and "Payment Form" is asking for user's credit card details.
Please be noted that you should not ask credit card information from your users. Creating such forms are not allowed. If you need to process payments, please use one of our integrated payment tools.
These forms must be deleted before we can activate your account again. We will delete the forms and activate your account. We will also white list your IP address as well.
We will wait for your response.
