My 3 forms are missing - URGENT

    I received email that my account is out of space and if not upgraded my forms will be removed. 

     

    I added my account to our organization's (VIBHA) coordinator account, which is paid account. Why my forms were still removed?

     

    Is there any way to get them back.

     

    Please advise its urgent.

    Hello Neha,

    I did check your account and it seems the forms are already moved from your account to your other account "vibha" with "Economy" subscription plan.

    I believe your account issues is already resolved and your form are now active. I also tested your form and it seems to be working as expected. I was able to send a test submission.
