Account suspended

Please help! This is what has happened to my account!! My username is doulanetwork.  I don't know how to fix it and haven't heard back from anyone.  And I want to be sure I fix the problem after my account is unsuspended so it doesn't happen again!!  I'm a total novice too and have just recently joined.  I think the forms are fantastic - look great and very professional, but I must have set something up wrong for you to think I'm phishing???
