Can't create conditional formula

I'm having trouble creating conditional formula on my form. I'm setting up a form for a client which provides options to pay in full or partial. I was hoping to setup a formula where once "partial" was chosen, it would calculate 50% of the total amount, or basically get the amount from the TOTAL field calculated using Calculator Widget and divide it by 2.

When I try to add an IF condition, it only showed the Total Amount Due and nothing else. See screen cap below:

I am not sure what is causing this issue. I cloned your form and it does lists the form fields correctly in condition wizard. Please check the screenshot below of the cloned form:

I would suggest you to open your condition wizard in "Fullscreen" mode. Please check the screenshot below on how to open your your condition wizard in full screen :
