Cancellation

    Sehr geehrtes JotForm Team,

    ich möchte mein Abonnement bei Ihnen kündigen, da ich Ihr Angebot so gut wie gar nicht mehr in Anspruch nehme.

    Dazu habe ich bereits den Vertrag bei Plimus/BlueSnap gekündigt, sodass auch bei meinem JotForm Account bei meinem Finanzplan meine Bezahlmethode abgelaufen ist.

    Nun möchte ich nur sichergehen, dass die Kündigung auch eingeleitet wurde. Stimmt das soweit und/oder wie kann ich meinen Account ganz löschen?

    I checked on this and I can verify that your account subscription was cancelled as of roughly 3 hours ago. Our system currently shows that your current account is now free.

    One more question: what do I have to do to delete my account? Can you do this?
