I noticed that the folder capabilities on my account have disappeared.
Is that an issue on the back end or could it possibly be something we did?

I asked around to see if we were having any issues with folders on our end and it does not appear that we are. If you delete a parent folder, all the sub folders will also be deleted. Is it possible this may have occurred? I am able to create and use folders with out issue on my end.
Please let us know if you are still unable to use folders in your account and we will be happy to look into this further.

I have done some investigating and it looks like we are having an issue with the folders data. Your folders have not disappeared permanently, we still have them in the database and we hope to have them restored ASAP. Sorry for any inconvenience.
