How do I add more numbers on forms

When you say add more number, did you mean add numbering on the fields? Would you mind providing more details?

I see you're using matrix field with your form here http://www.jotform.com/32874759506972, is thing something you want to achieve?

FYI, we have a dynamic widget that work similar to your current setup. All you have to do is to setup a fields in a single row and whenever the user needs a set of fields, they just have to click the add more button so a set of fields will dynamically be added to the form.
