Hicimos un upgrade pero seguimos sin poder entrar a los formularios para editarlos.

    Hola, Buen día: Tenemos más una semana sin poder entrar a editar los formularios que tenemos en esta cuenta, hicimos un upgrade y persiste el problema, pueden ayudarme a corregir el problema: Entro a esta cuenta y cuando quiero editar un formulario me desloguea y me pide que ingrese los datos de acceso de nuevo.

     

    Para esto nos indica que hagamos un upgrade y como le mencione antes ya lo hicimos y no aparece nada!

     

    Es de suma importancia tener una solución, de antemano agradezco su atención.

    Hi,

    I checked your account and it does not appear that you have any forms.  If you created the forms under a guest account, you may need to have us move them to your registered account.  I show several accounts associated with your email address, one of which with the username "doubleclick" is indeed over it's limits for upload storage.  This account was cancelled in June and if you would like to activate your forms once again, would need to be upgraded.
