Hello All!
My form allows the user to upload multiple files. When I view the responses on JotForm's spreadsheet view, I can click each response and download each file, even when there are multiple files in one cell. However, when the information is sent to my Google Sheet, the URLs to download the files string together in the cell and therefore do not link to anything. Do you know how I can prevent this from happening? Ideally I would like each link to be separated so I can click on them (as they are in JotForm's display).
Thanks!

Hi,
I was able to see this problem when using Multiple Upload field and the data result in Google Spreadsheet integration view.
Unlike when viewed in the form's submission grid view, the link to multiple uploaded files have a 'space' separator on the file/name link.
A workaround you can use at this time is to also integrate the form to Google Drive instead.
Check this user guide -How-to-Integrate-a-Form-with-Google-Drive
This will enable you to properly get the uploaded files in your Google drive account.
Hope this help. Inform us if you need further assistance.
Thanks!

By the way, I have submitted a bug ticket report to our higher team support to look into the problem of the multiple uploaded file links when viewed in Google Spreadsheet integration.
We will notify you for any update on the status when available.
Thank you.

Hello,
Since excel cells can only have one hyperlink inside and excel is mostly use to store and process data, unfortunately link format is standardized and hyperlinks are disabled in exports.
I am looking forward to your feedback. I hope it works for you.
All the best
