I've set up the confirm email address on my form. When testing it live, and entering in an email "matching" address, it's coming up as not matching, and not allowing the process to finish. Looking at either some setting done wrong on my end, or a bug. Any help would be appreciated.

Your field validation is set to Alphanumeric, should be EMAIL:
Change it to Email, as advised.
