We need to be able to assign specific forms to users. However, when selecting the "Select Forms" radio button - which should show around a dozen forms to pick from, we see nothing.
Is our folder structure messing with something?

I'm sorry for the trouble caused to you.
I did check your account and I am able to replicate the issue you are having. When "Select from my forms" check box is checked, it does not list any forms to share with the sub user account.
I am not sure what is causing this issue in your account as it works as expected in my own account.
I am reporting this issue to our back end team. We will get back to you as soon as we have any update from them.

This is caused by incorrect forms/folders data being returned by our api and causing the list to break. We are working on fixing this ASAP. I will update you here once it is fixed.
