Why my form now shown as white page

    Hi
    I have already paid for Economy plan.

    And my form has only 284 submissions.

     

    ..Why my form now shown as white page?

    I did check your account and did not find any issue with that. Your account is successfully upgraded to economy monthly subscription and your form is working fine. Please check the screenshot below:
