I cannot drag and drop my priority either. This is crippling for my form as there are many conditions using the same box.
This is a re-post of a comment on How New "Conditions For" and "Order by" boxes work in conditional logics

I am not able to replicate this problem when I checked your form http://www.jotform.ca/form/40897970193266
I was able to drag and drop condition statements, resulting them changing order priority.
Are you saying that this is not what you could not do?
You have to mouse CLICK+HOLD the object then drag/drop where you wanted it moved.
Please describe to us what happens when you try to do this on your end.

I'm having the same trouble on my form here: http://olddogsnewdigs.com/form-adoption.html
I'm trying to move conditions 3 & 4 to precede conditions 1 & 2.
I've tried in Safari, FireFox, and Chrome on a MacOS Sierra.
When I hover my cursor over the left, blue edge of a condition, the cursor turns into a four-direction arrow, and the condition jumps up a little, so it appears as if I will be able to move the condition. But then I click and start dragging, and the cursor just slides off the condition.
