I tested this on my iPhone and I can confirm that that it is working. Please see my screenshot test results below. I additionally tried a few different cities and it worked each time. The most I noticed was that it tended to take a little while but it still worked on my end.

Can you please describe more about the problem you are seeing on your end?

yes, sorry you need to click the submit button for the issue to present, it will display Please Wait and then Freeze. I have added an iFrame version but obvioulsy cannot test it as I don't have an iPhone :)

When I submitted your form after I got redirected to your thank you page I got an error. Are you referring to this error?

I'm trying to replicate the error on my end by creating a form with same widget that you have on that form but I was able to submit properly. Can you please tell us what error or problem you encounter after submitting a form?

No that's a server problem - did you use the link I've just put on to use with an iPhone as I can't test the thank you bit on that as I don't have an iPhone. It' if you use the standard form and try to submit from what people are telling me

I have tested your form http://form.jotformeu.com/form/30235913884356 and was able to submit and redirected successfully. I have used an emulator online to test your form since I don't have an iphone to test this.

You mention about embedding your form using an iframe? If you have a website where your form is embedded can you please share to us so we can check as I was just testing your form using your standalone form URL.
