We tried to recover the account of firstname.lastname@example.org. However, we do not receive the reset email and don't know why. What do we do? We need to get the form back to work due to request. This is urgent.

I found your email account in the bounce list due to this reasonResult: email@example.com is IN the bounce list
Reason(s) : 5.1.0 - Unknown address error 550-'No such user - psmtp' firstname.lastname@example.org is NOT in the unsubscribe list
this is the reason you could NOT receive the email reset instruction.
I have now corrected this and removed the email on the block list.
You can now reset the password via the email.
What you did is correct -- by posting your question/inquiry in the JotForm Support Forum.
