I submitted a question: How do I keep users from accessing previous versions of our forms?

Where is it in the forum and where/how will I get an answer?

The question was never posted, probably due to a glitch in the connection. Whenever you post a question, you'll get the answer via email and a link to the post (at the bottom) so you can follow up.

On regards to your question, I think you meant how to prevent users to submit the form several times?

You can accomplish that by Setting Unique Submissions on a Form

Please follow that guide, and you can follow up on this thread if you have doubts or if you are trying to accomplish something different.

    Thank you.

What I want to know is, when I update our page: http://www.larimer.org/olmasterplan/ to use a new JotForm, like https://secure.jotform.us/form/41916245515151, how do I insure that previous iterations of the form are no longer available?

Previous versions might have been embedded or called as:

    <script type="text/javascript" src="http://form.jotformpro.com/jsform/41245587628968"></script>
    or
    <script type="text/javascript" src="http://form.jotformpro.com/jsform/41406119613952"></script>

As long as you completely remove the link from your webpage, people will no longer access. In case of a user is very clever to guess the direct link of a form, then you can disable the form from the builder, this way:

    1. Select your form

    2. Click on "More" button

    3. Click on Disable
