I received a submission in my inbox that I need to have sent to an email address. I see when I go in the inbox there is a print button but there does not seem to be a way to forward to an email. Please advise.

Inbox, meaning, to your own email inbox like when accessing your email through Gmail? OR is it to forward form submission directly from your form submissions page? I think this is what you mean. If so, forwarding form submission directly from the form submissions page is possible. Just simply click "Forward" button:
Provide the recipient email to the "TO" section. After that, click "Forward Submission" button right-bottom part of the window.
Note that we have a limit for forwarding submissions, 10 emails per hour for Premium accounts. This limit is set to prevent the feature from being abused.

By the way, if you mean to forward a received submission directly from your email account, there should always be a Forward email option. It should be available whether Free Addresses or a custom one.
