    Major problems with our registration form PLEASE HELP FOR THE 5TH TIME

    Hello, once agian I am contacting you about the problems we have been experiencing for 3+ weeks. Prices are not showing up correctly on our form, and when students are registering for a class some how an extra class is putting itself on the registration and the student is being over charged. I have tried everything myself to fix these issues with no success. This is affecting our business and causing great frustration. I have contacted jotform multiple times for help. I would appreciate a call form someone. 503-234-1215 I am in the office mon-fri 8am-noon.

    Problem #1- The "Professional Ethics" class costs $135 which is what is put on the form, however, when the form is displayed it comes up as costing $90. I have tried to remove and re-add this class multiple times and that will not fix the problem. I can move the whole class field to the bottom of the class list and it will display to correct price. BUT, when I do that, everytime someone registers for a class some how the "Adolescence & Addiction" class gets added to their registration and they are overcharged. This happens EVERYTIME some one registers for ANY class. It seems has if codes on the form or something is messed up. This is causing our business great distress. Like I said I first contacted JotForm 3+ weeks ago for help and have recieved nothing!

    I believe your original question was being addressed in this thread here:


    We have a developer assigned to the ticket and he suggested to:

    "Can you please try to delete then re-add the problematic item (Professional Ethics)? Afterwards, save your form and test it again."

    He believes he has corrected the issue causing this and is awaiting your response to see if this does indeed correct the value being passed.  If you could let us know in the thread I linked it would be much appreciated and we will be happy to look into this further.

    I have done this multiple times and it has not fixed the issue. Like I said I have tried everything I know how to do to fix the Issue(s). I have also tried to clone the form and do it that way with no success.
