    Dear Jotform

I am very happy for my forms, but I have an increasing problem with empty answers; forms that seems to have no content at all.. I have a suspicion, that it is actual people signing up, but that a fault causes, that I cannot see the content. What can be wrong?

    Kind regards

    Mette

    Hi Mette,

Which form from your account? Please let us know so we can check further. Also, please mention what fields are left empty or comes empty to your email.

Checking your forms, some of the fields are not required. When it's not required, someone can skip the field and submit the form. As a result, you receive an empty data for that particular non-required field.

    Thank you!

    Hi Mette,

I checked your forms and it seems all data were successfully saved to your form submissions page. Did you ever check your form submissions page?

Did you also embed the forms? If yes, please let us know the webpage URL's so we can further check. Maybe a conflict is causing this, but I need to confirm. But you could fix this kind of issue by re-embedding the form using our iFrame method: http://www.jotform.com/help/148-Getting-the-Form-iFrame-Code

    Thank you!

    Hi again

I actually found the forms with content now. But only when I click on the forms name and then on "Besvarelser" (danish edition). When i click on "Inbox" under the form, or the inbox-symbol, some of the forms is empty and the screen freeze (See attached screen pic).

I have my form-answers mailed to my own mail, and here some of them are also empty, as I wrote.

Can there be a problem with the danish edition of Jotform? It seems, that it is incomplete and not working very well?

You can see the forms on these websites, I am not a website-shark, but it has worked fine until recently, but now unfortunately the described happens more and more often.

I tried to attach a screenshot of the frozen screen with the empty form, but it is apparently not possible...

I tried to replicate this problem on my end but I am not able to do so as it appears to be working.

Can you try re-attaching the screenshot using our Insert Image Tool with our response so that we can get a better understanding of this issue from your end?

Alternatively, you can also use our image uploader to link or even a third-party site such as Imgur or Imageshack.
