Need information on previous inquiry to downgrade our company profile

    Hi, To whom it may concern,

    We were informed that the site has downgraded our company frofile to the free profile which is available on your site.  We need the confirmation of cancellation of the subscription and receipt for July 6th per the companies management is requesting these documents.  If you could respond via email with the appropriate documents we would greatly appreciate your prompt response.
