seriously, I thought this was going to be so easy to use and save me time but...now this has cost me two days.  Prepopulate works worth of crap, no way to save the form, you should be able to send this form to a word document or a pdf with all the information in it.  either you can create the pdf as a submission with all the important missing information or you can save it as a pdf blank?  that is really stupid! right now to generate the url not only is it missing information but when I save it or send it you can see all the boxes, instead you should imbed those boxes to make it look a little more professional. you should also be able to manage all the fields from the tool bar not only the ones you deem important, other wise to mark a field as read only you have to open it up click on it, change each field, press ok then usually you have to scroll back to position..when you have several to do this is very time consuming.  UGH really i am not impressed right now and I have no idea what i am going to do my customer is waiting for this.  to redo this form in another form builder will take me hours...UGH!!!

    Please check this guide http://www.jotform.com/features/save-and-continue/

right now to generate the url not only is it missing information but when I save it or send it you can see all the boxes, instead you should imbed those boxes to make it look a little more professional.

Please clarify if you are trying to show some boxes, upon meeting a condition.

you should also be able to manage all the fields from the tool bar not only the ones you deem important, other wise to mark a field as read only you have to open it up click on it, change each field, press ok then usually you have to scroll back to position..when you have several to do this is very time consuming.

Perhaps this is about breaking a form into more than one page. Even more, using Form Tabs to show the sections on top? All this can be accomplished, see this guide
