    We already have Mobile Responsive Widget. Simply add it to your form if you want your form fields and images to be mobile responsive. http://widgets.jotform.com/widget/mobile_responsive

    You can use Bootstrap to make images responsive. You just need to add a class of "img-responsive" in the image tag then your image will be responsive. Here is a useful tool Domain Age Checker
