Payment Integrated Forms

Hi There,

I have set up a form with payments.  http://form.jotform.ca/form/42193066382253

I don't like the look and feel of the products.  Specifically tax.   If I move to a paid plan can I change the look and fee of this section?  I like your pop up that says $9.00/month.  How can I get that look?

So basically you are not happy with the way your products are displayed on your form if I understand your concern about this properly?

What exactly are you not happy with? Did you have any thoughts about how you wanted it to be? 

You referred to the pop-up from the pricing which is selected so that is more of a "pop-up" form or "lightbox" but that setup is more intended for the form itself as a whole. Or did you mean something different then that?

As of right now our current plan upgrades only offer extra Submission and Storage Space Usage.

We have a Template Gallery you can look through for various payment form types. But, if you are not happy with the look and feel of your form then you can always design it further then you can either use a different theme or take the time to use some custom injected css codes . 

You can even use the form source code itself to customize it further with the most control over the form design if you have the know-how or are willing to hire someone.
