I installed JotForm locally after purchasing it.  I am trying to run it, but I eventually get to a step that I am redirected to /login and I get a 404

I can't find instructions on how I get passed this, or how I create the /login/index.php so I can log into my copy of JotForm.

    Thanks

    Jason

Could you please elaborate on installing JotForm locally? Did you purchase a subscription or licensed version? I'm not able to find any subscription account with the email address (jgoodman@draper.com) provided. We'ld be able to assist you if you can provide us with more information.

I purchased JotForm and have it running on a local server at my company. When trying to create form if I add a free text element, I cannot make it hidden, and I don’t appear to be able to make it dependent.
Is this a limited option that does not come with the purchased copy of JotForm.
    Thanks

    Hi Jason,

For Jotform License Application questions, we advise contacting our License Team at contact@interlogy.com. They should be able to answer your questions regarding the Jotform app.

    Thank you!
