I am currently a Premium user. I want to downgrade to the free basic plan. Please advise how to accomplish this.

We can cancel your subscription for you. For verification purposes, kindly provide your full name and the order reference # so that we can proceed with account cancellation.

Thanks for the feedback. We have just cancelled your Premium account. Your JotForm account will be downgraded to a Free account starting 2011-09-10.
