FORM EMAIL

I USE JOT FORM FOR A FEW DIFFERENT SPORTS ACTIVITIES I RUN. CURRENTLY WHEN A PERSON FILLS OUT A FORM AND REGISTERS IT GOES TO ONE SPECIFIC EMAIL. IS THERE A WAY TO CHNAGE THAT EMAIL PER FORM? OR IS THAT SOMETHING I HAVE TO DO VIA PAYPAL?
