how can I get my assistant, with a secondary email, to log in and use the forms I have created, without giving him my own log-in info

I sign in as akabelowsky@madison.com. Others in the office, and in our satellite offices, would like to see form results too. If there could be a second log in of prepzone@madison.com then I could share that with them. Even better would be if their access could be read-only.
